FTP server on many users have failed to work today and yesterday
FileZilla says next thing :

it works for a good 2 mins then goes off again. Its like they really did get to maximum users

Unable to connect to FTP server 185.27.134.11 on port 21 .
Are you sure this is the address of the FTP server? This is often different from that of the HTTP (web) server. Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.
