FTP Server not working

Just a couple minutes ago I was trying to log onto the FTP server and I receive the following error message:

Status: Connecting to 185.27.134.11:21…
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message…
Response: 421 2900 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry
Error: Could not connect to server

I have tried connecting through the cPanel and FileZilla and none of them seem to be working. There was no problem like a couple of hours ago.

Please help!

A particularly bad DDoS attack is affecting several website IP addresses as well as the FTP server, causing intermittent outages on the FTP server. We’re working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
