FTP refusing uploads, booting connection

Trying to upload the unzipped files for Jet pack using FileZilla, have 3mb left of transfer however all transfers time-out from the server and the connection resets.
This may just be me missing something but it’s super frustrating.

Any advice?

Got that part, how do I prevent that, it’s not accepting the upload from what I can tell which is causing the inactivity.
