i cannot update my website this way, i’d like to upload an index.html file but get this error & the manager gets stuck after that, i have to refresh but still get same error message / how can this be resolved, thank you

Ok, i see, because my website is not complex at all
one can actually edit the index file directly in the file manager
that’s nice !

Its a known bug within the filemanager

you might want to look into using Fillezilla theres a handy guide here
