I am trying to upload my script to the server but when i am trying to connect server it gives error while connecting
If i use VPN it’s connecting but files not uploading it gives error again

Can you try to replace the hostname with 185.27.134.11

That is something related to your internet service provider, you should use vpn.

I used VPN too, i think ou ISP blocked ftp server right?
So, i am getting this error also using VPN?

The file you gave me was Food Delivery Flutter + PHP Laravel Admin Panel
which is a paid script.We do not allow nulled content so I cannot upload it.
