I am using WinSCP as FTP Client. Works perfectly on any other server, but here it keeps disconnecting.
My guess is that you have configured to kill connections after certain time period if inactivity. If so, any way you can make it go away for me? 
I mean it still works, its just getting old to press reconnect all the time

Just use FileZilla, it won’t show the prompt, and attempting to upload any file will just restart the connection.
The disconnecting after x seconds is intentional to help reduce the stress on the FTP server, and cannot be disabled for individual accounts.
Yeah that’s what I thought, thank for confirming.
I will keep using WinSCP, as it is much more lightweight, more secure, and I am used to it already. I just changed the settings to keep my connection alive.
