Free hosting does not use FTPS

Easy to confuse SFTP with FTPS. My bad

Free hosting doesn’t use SFTP. But SFTP is not FTPS.

Our server indeed uses FTPS, and as a matter of fact, you should always use FTPS.

The OP’s problem was more likely due to his router / ISP.

Like it says in the message:

We’re not your network administrator. Your network administrator has a firewall that hijacks your FTP connection and breaks basic security features. They should fix this.

And if they don’t want to fix this, it means your network administrator does not support secure FTP. You could choose to disable secure FTP in FileZilla, but then your account credentials and all your files are visible to anything in the network. Notably your network administrator (who we know is interfering with your FTP connection).

If your network administrator doesn’t want to fix this, I would suggest to look for a way around it. Like by using a VPN.
