FTP online client works fine but filezilla (or any ftp software) only connects sometimes and if it does connect it only can upload and not download
I’m using this software:
Filezilla and Cyberduck
Additional information:
It sometimes connects, sometimes doesnmt with a timed out error
Can you please share the full debug logs from FileZilla for a failed connection attempt so we can see what FileZilla is doing? This article explains how to get this information.
Connecting seems to work consistantly now but download still fails with these logs:

And now i get this on filezilla: Error: Connection attempt interrupted by user
Status: Disconnected from server
Status: Resolving address of ftpupload.net
Status: Connecting to 81.130.111.239:21…
Status: Connection attempt failed with “ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server”.
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry…
Try to connect to 185.27.134.11 with all your FTP clients and see if the problem gets solved.
Turns out my router was blocking ftpupload.net so it only worked when i was using data
