FTP doesn't work today

I got e-mail that my web hosting service was suspended this morning, and I got another e-mail that service was reactivated after 40 minutes.
The web hosting service and file managing(upload and download on web tool) are working well.
But, FTP connection is not working now.
(530 Login authentication failed)
I created new account and try to connect FTP on new account, but It is not working either.

Don’t you have any problems on your FTP connection now?

I think you’re right. The FTP is not working for me either. I get an invalid account error. Admin will look into this when he’s online.
