It was solved by connecting to ftp.infinityfree.com rather than ftpupload.net. ‘VistaPanel’ is written well as ftp.infinityfree.com, but ‘FTP Details’ is written incorrectly as ftpupload.net.

ftpupload.net is the correct FTP hostname. If you tried to connect to ftp.infinityfree.com , you should have seen a warning saying that the SSL certificate from the FTP server is only valid for ftpupload.net , not for ftp.infinityfree.com .
