Issue:
I am unable to connect to my InfinityFree FTP account using FileZilla/WinSCP. I keep getting the following error:
Steps I Have Tried:
Used correct FTP details:
Host: ftpupload.net
Port: 21
Username: (Checked in InfinityFree control panel)
Changed FileZilla settings to Passive Mode .
Disabled Firewall & Antivirus temporarily.
Tried a different network (Mobile Data/WiFi).
Restarted my WiFi router to get a new IP.
Checked InfinityFree status page for outages.
Used InfinityFree’s online File Manager (which works).
Question:
Is there a current FTP outage on InfinityFree?
Is my IP temporarily blocked?
Any other solutions I should try?
Additional Details:
Error Messages in FileZilla: :
Connecting to 185.27.134.11:21…
Status: Connection attempt failed with “ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt

Error: Could not connect to server
Since
works, it means that FTP is working.

I have found that you can also use ftp.epizy.com to connect to your account via. FTP.
One of my mobile FTP apps (Power FTP) uses this to connect, since ftpupload.com fails for some reason.
