I have followed each configuration step and I have tried with each point indicated in this article and it still does not work.
I have changed the password several times, opened the ports and accessed via VPN and nothing, I don’t know what else to do, please help me.

I have the same issue. I do believe this is an internal issue either on Infinity’s end with the password generating, file creation or it is filemanager.ai 's end with verifying hashed passwords.
Its neither; its an internal issue at iFastNet’s end. Its currently occurring in newly created accounts.
