FTP account quota has been exceeded

I understand this might be due to high disk/inode usage but I have 0 and I have barley anyfiles, I try to import html files but I keep on getting this error message. If it helps I used a chromebook doing this.

This message most likely means that you have more than 5GB of files on your account.

Can you try using a desktop FTP client like FileZilla?

I fixed this message by opening from the cpanel file manager. Thanks anyway
