FTP Login Authentication Failed (530) and Online File Manager Not Working

Hello InfinityFree Support,
I am unable to access my hosting files through both FTP and the Online File Manager.
Account username: if0_42824686
My website is skillgame [dot] free [dot] je
FileZilla shows the following error:
TLS connection established.
331 User OK. Password required
530 Login authentication failed
Critical error: Could not connect to server
I have already changed/reset my hosting password from the InfinityFree Client Area and tried again.
I can successfully access the Hosting Control Panel, but FTP login still fails. The Online File Manager also gives an error.
Could you please check whether there is an FTP authentication or account synchronization issue with my hosting account?

hosting password has nothing to do with FTP Password , you can access your FTP details HERE . and try again

The hosting account password and FTP password are the same. However, they are not the same as the client area password.

The file manager not working is telling though, it means that the password in the client area is not working.

One thing to try is logging in to the control panel. That usually helps to unlock FTP access.
