You have three accounts, possibly with multiple domains. Can you please specify which site exactly is “down” and what you see on that site?

This was probably a maintanance issue, other users had also reported similar ones.

From what I can tell, it looks like an issue with the storage system. If the storage system all websites run on has problems, that will break both websites and FTP access.

However,

(FTP) 421 2900 users (the maximum) are already logged in

is not an error. That means 15% of the capacity of the FTP server is used, which is always shown when logging in to an FTP server. In other words, it’s not indicative of a problem.
