Welcome to the forum.
Did you install FreshRRS from the Script Installer, or manually?
Can you confirm where this error happened? and what the expected result was?
You can try it himself login\pass: george 7pV@XfASC& for http://freshrss.infinityfree.me/
I can guarantee you that PHP sessions work perfectly on our hosting. But a quick web search points me to a number of bug reports and questions for FreshRSS suggesting that this error message can be misleading, and be caused by a different issue entirely, such as bad data after migrating an existing site, problems with a reverse proxy or configuration issues in the base URL setting.
I have had a look at your site, and I’m a bit puzzled by how it works. You appear to have installed FreshRSS at http://freshrss.infinityfree.me/, but the URL in your configuration (which is also what you see in the screenshot) is http://freshrss.infinityfree.me/p. I think that this discrepancy is what’s causing your issues.
Do you have any clue how this situation may have come to be? Did you install the website on one URL and try to move it afterward?
The easiest solution is probably to just remove this installation and reinstall it. Make sure to choose the correct URL during the installation, and avoid moving stuff around afterward (which is apparently quite fragile with FreshRSS).
