The domain has just been suspended again.
A reactivation request has been submitted with Radix, the .online registry, and we’re waiting for them to review it.
I have also already contacted the .online registry to look for a permanent solution following the previous suspension, but so far have not received any reply from the registry.
My site is registered under .freesite.online and i have been trying hard to figure out whats the issue. Came to know that this is happening frequently, Is there any permanent solution for this? please fix it up asap. Even i cant register a ssl certificates over it
Please understand that the domain was taken down by the registry. Ultimately, the organization that controls the .online domain extension is technically able to take down any domain they want at any time for any period of time.
We have contacted them to get the domain reactivated, but they have not yet responded. We have reached out to them to seek a permanent solution, but they have not responded to that either.
Please understand that we are entirely at the mercy of Radix Registry to get this issue resolved, and we have no control over how fast that will be.
I was hoping that ICANN might be able to help with disputes with the registrar but after a bit of reading my hopes were dashed oh well
It made me shift to new domain.
It there possibly to fix the domain freesite.online? Because I having a presentation by next week, and I use the domain freesite.online to publish my simple website , Hope fully it can be ASAP and get the solutions
This situation is beyond InfinityFree’s control, so it’s impossible to estimate when freesite.online will be up again. If you need your site up urgently, you may want to consider moving it to a new domain, if it’s really needed.
