Account username:

The account is active and the website works on HTTP:

http://shein-ashka.site.je/

But HTTPS does not work:

https://shein-ashka.site.je/

The browser shows connection reset / timeout.

In the SSL Certificates page, it says:
“Custom SSL certificates are no longer supported for free subdomains. All free subdomains have SSL by default.”

So I cannot create a custom SSL order for this free subdomain.

Please check and fix the automatic SSL/routing for this free subdomain.

SSL is valid and my browser is able to make a secure connection to the site.

Can you try a different browser/device/network?

I tried on desktop chrome and edge

Also on phone i tried chrome and safari

All gave same result

Cant access using the SSL
