Free SSL

My website URL is: mycoolweb.epizy.com

What I’m seeing is: I went to sslforfree.com and attempted file verification and upon the verification process, I get the following error message:

Domain “mycoolweb.epizy.com” challenge3 failed. Response from “https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/chall-v3/1636318486/4IvUhA” was:

I’m using this software:

Additional information: I’m not sure what’s happening. I also do see something else as well, they say it should be able to see the information, but when I try to grab it it goes to a 404 error.

Thanks for that information.

Heres a suggestion since it said they are looking for a way to do it, if cPanel and WHM are truly being used, cPanel offers it for free included in what is paid to them for the license for the servers to have AutoSSL where by default they issue any domain or subdomain a free SSL issued by cPanel themselves. In my eyes I don’t mind whose issuing it as long as it already trusted.

That’s the issue: free hosting doesn’t run on cPanel/WHM.
