it is not related to tool. just time. some time fast and some time slow and some time down.

There is no restriction that disables FTP and file manager access at some time of day. It could be a system issue, but it’s hard to say.
The thing is that of all the places where you can get error messages, the file manager is probably the worst given that it has the most unspecific error messages.
Do you get any error messages on your website when the site is inaccessible? And could you try getting some FTP logs from FileZilla too at those times?

I am facing the same issue.
Was working fine earlier than suddenly the site wasn’t accessible. It was a Connection Timeout.
So I tried to open the file manager and it says:
Error! Could not read line from socket
Then I tried to access the FTP via filezilla and it says:
Error:Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error:Could not connect to server
I think there’s some issue with infinity free server unless it is due to some restrictions

Yes, the issue is in file manager and ftp but also in the site itself, its not loading. As I mentioned above, it gives connection error. The control panel is accessible.

there is most definitely an issue with InfinityFree hosting service, very unreliable; but people in this forum will not understand this fact - they are happy to defend IF platform, and fail to raise a dispute with the service. This issue has affected most users/ domains on the platform fail to display, this is a common occurrence and I suggest moving to another provider.
But a very low percentage of people are affected each time. The issues are fixed quickly, and normal resumes. Note that most free hosts use the same platform and experience the same issues.
Can anyone else confirms if the issue has been fixed?
Yeah. The issue has been fixed and I can now access the file manager and the site is up.
I do appreciate infinityfree for providing free hosting, helping people worldwide and I haven’t faced any issue since very long time. Plus being a dev ourselves, we should understand that bugs arises and the fact that they try to fix them as quickly as possible, I don’t feel any need to raise any disputes.
