Forgot email

Dear InfinityFree Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I have previously created an account on InfinityFree and uploaded a website to it. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the email address that I used to sign up for this account.

I still have access to the website files and the site is currently online, but I am unable to log in to the InfinityFree client area because I do not know the registered email.

I understand that for security reasons you may have limitations, but I would appreciate any guidance or steps you can provide to help me identify or recover the account associated with my hosting.

It’s possible to submit a password reset request with a domain.

It will not display the email address directly, but will make it so that the address recieve a password reset email, so you can go and check which email you used to sign up.
