You are adding the cron jobs in the control panel correct?
Sometimes it happens with us in Cpanel, we can’t use Cpanel functionality. One of the possible reasons for this type of error is when we use too many resources of our free hosting, we cross limitations, before suspending it’s happened with us.
When we try to use some functions of Cpanel it redirects to /panel/indexpl.php and we can see this error message

Maybe your account is going to be suspended soon and that’s why your are seeing this error message You don’t have permission to access /panel/indexpl.php on this server. in /panel/indexpl.php page
You need to know there are some limitations in infinityfree. Like MySql Hits, I/O, CPU, RAM, Daily Hits etc. You can see these statuses in https://cpanel.epizy.com/panel/indexpl.php?option=stats2.
I can see you are using WordPress maybe your plugins or other assets are using too many resources when you are visiting your own site or someone visiting your site…
how will check if its using more resource and how can i add cron jobs please explain to me how to avoid that error
Please note that the graph only updates once ever 24 hours. You could have gone over and the graph just didn’t show it yet.
However, I don’t think your site is on the brink of suspension.
You can add cron jobs through the “Cron Jobs” section in the control panel.
firstly i am trying since yesterday its the same error the graph is showing about yesterday alright
and i am adding cron jobs through control panel and then this error shows up

Please tell me exactly, How long have you been facing this problem (how many hours).
If it happening more than 24hrs tell it could be an issue.
If not more than 24 hrs please wait and see if it is solved after 24hrs automatically.

Just input your file location. like this screenshot
No need to add commands, just add your file’s location and set your time.
