This is strange. Did you make sure to put all of your website’s files in the htdocs folder? Also, did you have the domain hosted elsewhere before coming to InfinityFree. If you did, and the switch was less than 72 hours ago, it might be DNS propagation. Also, did you make sure to point your domain to either InfinityFree’s name servers correctly?

I uploaded the files to htdocs folder and i havent hosted the domain on any other site. It is strange because some times the website is available and other times it isnt.
should i delete the account and start afresh?

I see the 403 Forbidden page as well, but this page is not generated by our servers.

I checked your domain name, and it is both using ns1-2.epizy.com and ns1-2.domain.com. Please remove the domain.com nameservers so only the two epizy.com nameservers remain.

This is because of the mixed nameservers. When your computer picks our nameservers, your website works. If it picks the domain.com nameservers, your website doesn’t work.

You shouldn’t touch any settings on your hosting account, because they seem good as they are right now.
