Flagged for Asking a Simple Question?

Community Flagged???

What does it take to get a community flag??

How many have to flag?

It’s not an advertisement. American$ knows nothing about anything is when it comes to coding websites or anything else… That is the point… Light speed was flagged for having a Trojan. I posted that earlier. After posting that one of your admins stated that light speed doesn’t work well with free accounts. Which led me to actually think for myself, about how I can save myself time and energy and headache, and that would be that I asked the community what plugins don’t work well… I don’t know how anybody could have a problem with that… And I don’t know if they got a problem with that or they got a problem with us… If this is because they have a problem with us then please tell us… We will refrain from using this and go somewhere else.

And why do I have to ask what exactly is going on? That is something that you are supposed to supply. Just a broad brush stroke means really nothing… State exactly what happened? Everywhere I go you people are doing that inside the cyberspace… You burp fart or giggle these days in the cyberspace and you might hurt some snowflakes little feelers and their tears might drown their fuzzy little pink bunny slippers, inside of their safe space… Is it just an act of laziness? Aloofness or do you people think we can read minds?

Is this American$ exit sign?

?

Sometimes you could accidentally end up with double posting, where one if them gets deleted but the other exact copy remains in order to prevent bloating topics.

So are you saying that my original post, along with my question, is disrespectful and/or spam? If not then what are you talking about? I don’t know how old you are or if you think that this is my first rodeo, but what you stated was pretty much common sense that the average elementary School child, at least all the ones that I know, are well aware how that operates… But thank you for your interest and concern… Are you perhaps an actual employee of infinity free?

Expecting a serious answer…Already looking at the door…And it was looking so promising…But before I leave I do want to know who’s responsible for what

Completely ignored what I stated earlier

Are you failing to read what I said earlier?

Are you?

Why have you been asking me questions instead of Simply answering my questions? Is this what you’re going to do with everything and are you an employee of infinity free?

Where am I asking you a question? Like I said before, your post got flagged because you accidentally double posted the same thing so in order to prevent topicss from bloating, one of those two copies had to be flagged and deleted.

No.

Okay thanks…Yes I read what you were writing…but II didn’t see it clearly because I didn’t have the correct perspective…this time when you said it it was like you were stating a fact…before it was like you were giving some random opinion from out of no where, the connect wasn’t established…anyways thanks for straightening…How did you know this when I didn’t??? I just got some general “flagged by community”…are you an admin?

You are a new member when I am not.

No.

Anyone can flag any post for any reason. When a post gets flagged, it’s sent to moderators for review, who can then decide whether you post violates the community guidelines.

Examples of violations include:

  • Creating duplicate topics.
  • Writing posts that add nothing to the discussion.
  • Personal attacks on people.

The notification lets you know that a post has been flagged, but not why. The flagging system isn’t that granular and it still needs to be verified by a moderator whether the flag is actually valid. And the person who submitted the flag is not shared because people should be able to flag posts without having to fear retaliation from the person who they flagged.

If you haven’t yet, you may want to review the full guidelines: FAQ - InfinityFree Forum

How long has it been there since? I remember when someone with higher trust level could flag and immediately hide the post

That still happens (the post being immediately hidden once you’re TL3+), but for the flag to be applied on an account, a staff member (moderator/Admin) needs to approve it.
