The OP did not ask for website protection. He believed that some sort of “firewall” existed and blocked the network requests from the payment providers. He/she even wanted to disable it or at least “weaken” it by whitelisting the IP addresses from said providers.

The OP has an option to use Cloudflare for website protection, but do you think it can bypass the security system from Infinityfree? I don’t think so. Cloudflare bypassed the security restriction until recently. The bug which allows non-browser client to access the website has been fixed now.
