Error Message

Just a day ago I created a website but I couldn’t connect using FileZilla! When I used command prompt to connect with FTP port the connection failed … how to initiate my FTP port! Thanks in advance.
(please share the FULL error message you see)

Other Information

Tried disabling my firewall, also used ports 21 and 23 but all ended in vain!
