I have two entries from sites registered in Filezila. One of the entries is from a hospded host site on hostinger; and the other is from Infinity Free. The hostinger’s connects perfectly, but infinity free does not respond in any way [ETIMEDOUT]; and the file manager is not user friendly for a manual installation of Wordpress; the basic root files are not transferred, only the folders. What could it be?

The FTP server itself is working fine as far as I can tell, but like @PlanetGamingGG said, it would be useful if you could include the command log so we can actually see what’s going on.

Make sure you upload the files to the htdocs folder. Any files uploaded outside the htdocs folder are automatically deleted.

Hmmmm, did try adding it to FileZilla server list and see if it’s working or not?
Also try to use “PLAIN FTP”, when i try to use TLS FTP, it will always disconnect me.

Did you get any prompt about an SSL certificate? If you did not accept the SSL certificate, FileZilla will refuse the connection.
