Yes, it probably isn’t. I’m guessing the timezone is either EST or UTC, because that’s how the servers are setup.
It’s a nice feature idea though to localize the timestamps. I don’t know how feasible it is but it would be helpful.

I think its EST. Because I just edited a file at 9:46 UTC, and it shows edited time as 4:46 haha

It’s either EST (Eastern Standard Time) or CST (Central Standard Time). But based on recent edit history I just made, I think it’s CST.
