I amtrying to start a new journal setting up an ojs site but i receive the above message.Can you help me with the permissions?
You can’t change file permissions here. All files and folders in your htdocs folder are writable. BUT if this script is trying to work outside of the htdocs folder it may have a problem.
are you installing OJS from the script installer or a manual install?
You might just need to manually create the missing directories as well
I am installing from the script installer ojs 3.3.I did a test installation with xampp before in my computer.The file folder is outside of htdocs but it is the second sire i have created.
Is there any script i may run that may correct the parts i can’t change manually ?
