File Manager is completely empty
Same thing happened to me was working fine half an hours ago I hope it gets sorted as I have been working on my website for months.
Odd thing is my site is still accessible so the files have to be somewhere.

Same with me lol i was about to change a file but when i refreshed all of it was gone but my site still works
Seems to be resolved now!
Mines just come back too think I’m going to use an app to download the entire site just in case.

My account’s root directory seems to have incorrect permissions or ownership.
I can create folders, but I cannot open them or upload any files.
The File Manager shows empty directories and my htdocs folder is not working.
Please reinitialize my home directory or fix my file permissions.

I have split all of your replies from the previous topic.
Your issue is NOT the same. If you actually read the topic and not just the topic title, you would have known that the actual issue is not a file manager issue. File manager and FTP access was working, the files were just deleted.
Also, everyone who responded to this topic did not include a domain name or hosting account, so I could not check the issue.
Only @rowxitechnology shared a domain name (but didn’t actually post in this topic). And I just checked that one, and I didn’t see any issues.
All in all, maybe there was an issue, maybe there wasn’t. I have not have any way to check at any time.
Next time you need help, please make sure to include all relevant information, don’t just scream that it doesn’t work.

I checked again and I see that the FTP server was down for around 20 minutes earlier today. Since both the file manager and the Directory Status card in the client area use FTP under the hood, those will also not have worked.
