We have noted this bug.

It is recommended to use FileZilla to transfer files over FTP.

Thanks. I was unable to connect using FileZilla. I used chiefk.infinityfreeapp.com as Host

my Username and Password. Am I missing something?

For host, you must use ftpupload.net.

Username is the Hosting Account Username.

Password is Hosting Account Password.
