When i try to download a file from file manager it shows an error and i want to download those files because in another topic i posted someone told me to download those files but i can’t because each time i try it shows an error and this happens in my others accounts. Please help me

So what error does it show you exactly?
If you want to download many files at the same time please use an FTP client like Filezilla to download files to your local device instead of the File Manager which I do not suggest you to use when downloading site files in bulk.

I can’t use filezilla because is not compatible with my device

You will really need to use FTP client when downloading a lots of files.
You will need to use filezilla alternative that would work on your device such as WinSCP or Cyberduck.
