So, when I try to connect to client’s File Manager from InfinityFree, it brought me to a new tab but the site won’t load. I don’t know if it’s because I changed my nameservers to Cloudflare, or not. Is it possible to have nameservers pointing to Cloudflare and InfinityFree?
And Filezilla does connect and I am able to edit files, however, .css and .js files are not updating like they should be, .html files updates though. The code is from previous version since I redesigned my website from scratch.
The file manager is shared for all accounts, and simply connect to the FTP server with your account details. The file manager is not affected by the status or configuration of the domain names on your account. And if the file manager doesn’t load at all (like a blank page or a generic server error without any reference to the file manager software), that’s usually not specific to an account either.
What do you see exactly when you try to open the file manager? Could you take a screenshot of what you see?
And do you also get this issue on other hosting accounts, other devices or other networks?
