File Manager not showing files

When trying to access the file manager via the cPanel, I get an empty screen without files / folders.
The website works though.

Hello me too ! i can’t show my files in

files manager and i can’t connect on filezilla

Welcome to the forum both

@404notfound - have you tried connecting via filezilla or similar FTP client? if so, can you confirm what happens?

@BlackStormZ - can you share the error message you get? The most common reason for having issues connecting via filezilla is due to incorrect credentials or the ftp domain being blocked by your isp.

That’s what I get when I try using an ftp client:

Now the online file manager worked for a short time but is now back to empty.

Roughly three hours ago, there was a brief outage on the FTP server, which also prevents the file manager from working. That should be all fixed now. It is working fine on one account that I tested.

If you are still having issues, please share the username of the account on which you experience this issue.

I can’t see the files.

Welcome to the forum.

Can you provide some more details about what you’re seeing?
Have you tried the steps in the help article I shared above?

I can’t see .htaccess and .env files in the file manager

Also I can’t delete the files.

This is probably a bug in a recent file manager update where it no longer displays dotfiles (hidden files) and iFastNet forgot to put a button to display them again.

Works for me now, as before.
Currently I’m having the issue that I have to reload the filemanager to successfully upload new files.
If I do not reload, I get a confirmation about a successfull upload but the files aren’t replaced and the old timestamp of the file stays

Ok.

Have you tried using an FTP client like filezilla?

I’m sorry for the delay. It appears that there was an issue that resolved in files starting with a dot not being shown in the file manager, which includes the .htaccess file.

That has now been corrected, so you should see your .htaccess file again.
