File Manager is Disabled

Hi, I just registered a new domain and everything looks fine. However, I cannot upload any file because the file manager is disabled and I cannot access/click it. Please help. Thank you very much!

My website URL is: christinaonline.ga
But I haven’t uploaded anything yet since the file manager is disabled.
What I’m seeing is: The file manager button is disabled and not clickable.

On that page you need to enter your email too to give the rights of erasure and access

Thanks guys, but it says error. Sorry I’m new to this.

If you don’t want to enter your email, go here and put as FTP server ftpupload.net, as port 21, the username and the password for your hosting account (not the Client Area ones; be careful!) that you can find on the Client Area, clicking on the account where you have the domain in, on the FTP Details clicking on “Show/Hide” to show the password, and then copying the credentials and pasting them in the “Username” and “Password” fields, put /htdocs as initial folder, check “Passive Mode” and click on Login.

Just FYI: this is not a client maintained by InfinityFree. They may store your credentials and do bad things with them. Be careful when entering your account credentials in third party sites.

EDIT: I just noticed the file manager in the control panel was replaced with MonstaFTP. You can also use https://mftp.infinityfree.net (which is operated by us instead of iFastNet, which has run well for a long time).
