File_get_contents blocked

Hello,
when I try to get data from other websites (e.g. YouTube.com) through file_get_contents, no HTML code is generated. Unfortunately there is also no error code.
Does anyone have a solution?

Maybe same problem with this: File_get_contents(): SSL error

I don’t understand why it works because there is actually no SSL error, but thank you very much.
