I couldn’t able to open or load favicon.ico file in html or direct link. it redirects to error page. also added in html file in head. I have checked in network tab 404 error it redirects to 404 page.

You site loads up the favicon just fine for me.
Try clearing your browser cache with Ctrl + F5, or use incognito mode.

yes i saw to but initially it doesn’t load the file even it redirected to error page i have checked for more 10min. after that i have posted this post, even after that too i have tried. and i tried force reload with empty cache option also not worked. but finally it came.
