FAIRLY URGENT * My Site is redirecting to suspendeddomain.org and showing adds.

Hi,
I was using my site today and it suddenly started redirecting me to http://suspendeddomain.org every time I try to access my site. This site is quite important and I have other people using it.

Could anyone help me with this?

Hello @Cody

As far as I know it seems like your free hosting account is suspended. It was done by our automatic suspension system which prevents bad people from using our hosting. Posiblly you had some files that were commonly used by exploiters or hackers in your account.

All you have to do is submit a ticket on XVHost.

Please next time before you post a new topic about this same issue read pinned post on top of forum.
That topic contains link where you can submit your suspended account request.

I tried following solutions from Google, but no luck

  1. Clear cache
  2. try different web browsers (Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome, and Opera)

In your account page, you will find an option to submit review regarding this issue.
A human operator will contact you.
It WILL take 24 to 36 hours, be calm. They will ask you a couple of question depending on the exact reason behind this event.
It will be solved.

In my experience, you will not get any better alternative to infinityfree.

You deactivated your account and now you’re surprised your account is not showing your website anymore? Did you check the bold, clearly highlighted text above the deactivate account button you clicked?

I did not deactivate my account, but i changed LABEL. And now my old domain redirect http://suspendeddomain.org. I changed Nameservers, but I see it again…

Can you say where I do mistake?

Well, I can 100% guarantee you that changing the label has nothing to do with it.

If your domain name still doesn’t work, can you please create a new topic (rather than bumping up a topic which was created one and a half YEARS ago) and in it clearly state which domain name doesn’t work for you?

Yes, this topic is very old and we migrated forums in the mean time. Try checking any other of the many, many, many posts created about this issue, or the email you received, or the text in the client area, or the knowledge base article.
