Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404
I want to play an mp3 file that is uploaded to the file manager but I get the mentioned error message. I have tried changing directory’s name, file’s name and using absolute path but nothing worked. The audio plays for a second and then turns off.
When I try the website locally on my PC it works.
The MP3 files are loading fine for me, the MP4 video on the other hand is not. I checked your account and the video file doesn’t actually exist on your account.
Pleased note that there is a file size limit of 10 MB on our hosting. Any file larger than that is deleted automatically.
Also, the music files are written as filename.mp3 whereas the video is linked to as filename.MP4. Please note that our servers (like almost all servers) have case sensitive file names, so also make sure that the casing matches in the file name and URL.
