That’s not the important part.
What is important is that this is DNS caching, and that parking page is the result of it, and that article contains some solutions.

It’s always frustrating that some hosting accounts work instantly but others show these ad pages

I reload the page and… Boom! It works.
Uh, I celebrated too soon, it is no longer working
