Hi,

I have installed Ewww Image Optimizer plugin but cannot activate it. get the following message.

EWWW Image Optimizer requires exec() or an API key. Your system administrator has disabled the exec() function, ask them to enable it.

please advise how do i go about it.

Get an API key? The exec() function is disabled so you cannot use it.

And before you ask: no, we don’t make account specific customizations on request.

On InfinityFree, the function is permanently disabled. On premium hosting, I don’t know. I think you’ll have to ask iFastNet which plans (if any) support command line functions.
