ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt timed out

I have already reset the password (several times)
I’ve already disabled Firewall and antivirus
I have tried with different FTP clients

I always get:
Status: Resolving the ftp.rf.gd address
Status: Connecting 185.27.134.11:21 …
Status: Connection attempt failed with “ETIMEDOUT - Connection attempt time exceeded”.
Error: Could not connect to server

This is the first time I use the service.

I don’t know what’s going on, because your FTP service seems to be working fine from here. Does it work from other computers or networks?

I’ve been facing this error for months.

A particularly bad DDoS attack is affecting several website IP addresses as well as the FTP server, causing intermittent outages on the FTP server. We’re working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
