I come to ask for help, I have a problem that I’m trying to use a chat of a plugins called “Wise Chat” But it doesn’t load me, I investigated what it was and in 3 files I get an error, I investigated and I guess it’s because I must give permission to those plugins folders, and I try to do it but I don’t get the configuration to give it access to the folders and files, can you tell me how I can give it permission, or what can I do in this case?

Hello, it is not a page error, by placing the address of the page it loads perfectly, what gives error are those 3 files of the Wise Chat chat which makes it only in “Loading chat” and does not load anything.
Requests to any URL that have these 4 letters C-H-A-T (“chat”) will be blocked.
This is to block any chat functionality on free hosting because it is not allowed. It’s not exactly wisechat is not available, all kinds of chat are not available.
Since your plugin’s url (wise-chat-xxx) have C-H-A-T in it it will be blocked as you just see, which means that everything is working as intended.
Ok, I think I’m getting it, because of that situation it doesn’t give me permission to the missing files, so, to have permission for the chat, do I need a premium hosting?
