Error When Using Nameservers on GoDaddy : DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDO

My website URL is:

What I’m seeing is:

This website is for a client, and I am trying to connect it with the GoDaddy domain that was purchased for it. When I use the nameservers provided, it gives me the following error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDO
I am not sure what to do, I called GoDaddy but they said it is a server side issue, which I believe is true as well. Any help or recommendations would be helpful.

I can easily forward the site to the subdomain, but I would rather use the nameservers.

What is the GoDaddy domain you’re trying to connect to InfinityFree?
If you put the InfinityFree nameservers and the domain gives something like it’s not registered, then you need, if it’s on your hosting account, to remove it and re-add it. That should push again the changes and you need to wait maximum 72 hours before you can access the domain again.

Did not have any luck. Currently using my domain with no website attached to it. I don’t want to switch hosting providers but I may have to if the nameservers do not work.

It sounds like you’re experiencing the problem described in this article:

In short, our nameservers are “working” exactly as we intend them to, but you need to point your domain name to our nameservers first before we can set up the nameservers.
