ERROR : WEBSITEBUILDER

Hi everyone,

I own and external personal domain.

At my external registar level, I pointed it to :

  • ns1.rf.gd
  • ns2.rf.gd

In my http://cpanel.rf.gd/ control panel:

  • I added the domain in the “Addon Domain Management”.
  • It is correctly displayed in my addon domains list

But when I try to use the function WEBSITEBUILDER, the following error is displayed:

Warning!
Domain ****** doesn’t point to rfgd_***** account

Can someone help me on this? Because, I don’t see what is wrong

I used the function directly and it’s working fine :

So it works fine when you’re just accessing the section through the control panel? Does that mean the issue is resolved?
