Error_Connection_Refused
Hi,
From time to time I keep getting error, connection refused.
I need all the time to keep refreshing the page then it work.
How to solve this?

Something went wrong with the plugin API.
On a fresh wordpress instalation, when trying to install recommended plugins for the theme, I keep getting the error messsage,
Some resource online suggest its IP blocked

Yes it work but some other time it gives the error I said.
Can you please check server’s error log and see why sometimes it gives connection refused?
It just happen sometimes and multiple time
I face it 2 to three times every 5 minutes.
