I was able to access my site a couple of hours ago but after receiving the abovementioned error “This site can’t be reached” I tried reinstalling the Wordpress but I’m also getting “A trusted SSL Certificate was not found” error in Wordpress setup while infinity’s dashboard still shows they are issued, installed and active.

Try using a VPN see if that fixes it.

It might be your antivirus, firewall or ISP blocking something

thanks for checking. it was resolved but at the time of writing it happened again. its giving different errors as well, on my phone I get “ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE” neoedge.org didn’t send any data while on desktop it gives that old error. every other site works! I checked with VPN and get connection time out error.

Although both seem to be working.

I’m wondering if your firewall or virus scanner are blocking the site? do they work if you try using a VPN?
