That looks like a cPanel error page, but free hosting doesn’t use cPanel. Did you migrate to iFastNet? If so, you’ll want to contact their support about this.
I’ve also seen this problem happen before when somebody moves from iFastNet back to InfinityFree. In either case, iFastNet is the one who has to fix this from their end.

Your website got suspended, most of the time is a feature which is not available for free. What are you planning to use the site for?
