I would like to know where do you see this error? While installing plugins/themes? or where? (can you provide url to your problem?)
@anon19508339 the problem is with his cache . not in the website.
This not at all related to the caching because Wordpress pages are Dynamic. Either a temporary error or he’s not pointing to the exact url of error. He should provide a screenshot at least, you know.
