Then it might be that something is blocking that website (the one that loads the resources from our websites) DNS-level; that is something that might be resolvable by changing your DNS resolver to something else and not to your ISP’s default ones, if your ISP allows you to change DNS freely on your devices. Some DNS resolvers I use and recommend to configure on your devices are Cloudflare’s DNS (known as 1.1.1.1), Google Public DNS and OpenDNS.
I did everything that could be done.
I removed cache, and cookies
Nothing helped!
I switched to Firefox, and it didn’t help either!
I have removed all plugins!
What else is possible?
I use the Chron browser, the most updated!
Did you read above? If you suspect the ISP’s DNS resolver might be a problem, then try to change the DNS resolver to one of the ones I listed as well to see if it works!
In the popup, it lists an email address you should contact if you’re not using an ad blocker and it doesn’t work anyway. Maybe you could try sending a message there?
The fact is that the code is built and maintained by a third party company. So we don’t know enough about the code to tell you why it might break for you even without using an ad blocker, and if it is an issue in the code, then we have no way to fix it.
A few other things that come to mind:
The page itself seems to be translated. Any browser extension that manipulates page content could potentially be breaking the page or scripts on the page. When you tested it in another browser, are you using a clean, unmodified browser profile or is it one with similar settings and extensions as your main browser?
Do you have a virus scanner or firewall on your device (other than Windows Defender)? That may also be blocking access to the required URLs. You could disable it temporarily and see if it helps.
